Jonathan Halle, AIA, ASLA
An original founder and Principal of Warrenstreet, Jonathan is a dual licensed Architect, Landscape Architect, EDAC and LEED Accredited Professional. Providing firm leadership focused on maintaining the highest of standards in production, communication and deliverables, he is the President of the firm’s executive board and Managing Member of the Cooperative. NCARB certified he is licensed in the states of New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Maine, Connecticut, Vermont and New York and serves as Principal-In Charge for the majority of the firm’s commercial and healthcare clients. Covering numerous market areas and project types of various size, budget and scope, he is best known for his ability to provide innovative “outside the box” solutions when facing unique challenges and for the many solid industry relationships he has built in his 36-year career. His largest contributions often occur during early conceptual design phases where goal setting, facilitation, space planning, programming, mockup development and consensus building skills are most valued in getting a project off the ground. Jonathan received a B.S. in Architecture (Summa Cum Laude) from Roger Williams University, an M.S. in Community Economic Development from Southern New Hampshire University and a Graduate Certificate in Negotiations and Mediation from Notre Dame University. He is the Board Chair of the Animal Rescue League of Bedford, Co-Chair of the NHAIA Disaster Response Team and Steering Committee Co-Chair of Building-On-Hope. Jonathan and his wife Lorie reside in Concord, have two children and many pets.
