Warrenstreet Projects Receive Merit Award of Excellence

Concord, NH – Two Warrenstreet projects have received 2018 Merit Awards of Excellence from Plan NH. Announced at this year’s annual awards event held on June 28th in Concord, recipients were selected by a diverse committee of professionals within the planning, design and development industries. Selected for their demonstration of Smart Growth principles, social responsibility, outstanding cooperation and collaboration, the winning nominations exemplify how the built environment can have a positive impact on the community.

 

Kyle Barker, a Principal with Warrenstreet, accepted the award for the Renovation and Addition of the Florence Rideout Elementary School in Wilton and additionally as part of the design team for the Redevelopment of the Franklin Light & Power Mill of Franklin, New Hampshire, accepted by Owner CATCH Neighborhood Housing of Concord. Barker was the Project Manager responsible for both socially transforming and historically significant renovations acknowledged for their ingenuity, flexibility, perseverance and revitalizing impact on New Hampshire’s built environment.
